That the Striking Committee resolve into Closed Session at 12:11 p.m. under authority of the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2) (b) to discuss personal matters about identifiable individuals, including municipal or local board employees.

That the Striking Committee resolve back into open meeting with report at 12:21 p.m.

That Item CCW 2019-030, dated January 15, 2019 regarding Citizen Appointments to Committees, be received; and That the appointments to the Planning Advisory Committee, CCW – Library Co-operative Board, Archives and Museum Advisory Committee and Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, be approved.
