Clarke That Item HCB 2025-223, dated September 23, 2025, regarding Mortgage Renewal for Simcoe County Housing Corporation Properties, be received; and That the Board adopt and approve the resolutions with respect to mortgage renewals contained in Schedule 1, Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 of Item HCB 2025-223; and That the General Manager and Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary mortgage documents with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the Lender; and That the Clerk confirm to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing that the resolutions attached as Schedule 1, Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 of Item HCB 2025-223 were enacted by the Board of Directors of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation.
