That the individuals named in Schedule 1 to Item HCB 2025- 123 be elected as Directors of the SCHC; and 2. That Baker Tilly KDN LLP be appointed as auditors for the SCHC; and 3. That the 2024 draft audited financial statements of the SCHC, be approved; and 4. That the actions of the SCHC Board of Directors since the last AGM, be ratified.
