That the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholder of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) be held on June 27, 2023; and That the County Clerk issue the required notice to the Auditor and Shareholder of the SCHC; and That Item HCB-2023-167, dated June 6, 2023, be presented at June 27, 2023, Annual Meeting of the Shareholder for consideration of the following recommendations: 1. That the officials named in Schedule 1 to Item HCB- 2023-167 be appointed as Directors of the SCHC; and 2. That Baker Tilly KDN LLP be appointed as auditors for SCHC; and 3. That the 2023 budget of SCHC, as approved by Council for the County of Simcoe, attached as Schedule 2 to Item HCB-2023-167, be approved; and 4. That the actions undertaken in 2022 by SCHC Board of Directors, be ratified.
