That the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholder of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) be held on June 14, 2022; and That the County Clerk, as Secretary to the Board, issue the required notice to the Shareholder of the SCHC; and That Item HCB 2022-175, dated May 24, 2022, be presented to the June 14, 2022 Annual Meeting of the Shareholder for consideration of the following recommendations: 1. That the officials named in Schedule 1 to Item HCB 2022-175 be appointed as Directors of the SCHC; and 2. That the 2022 budget of SCHC as approved by Council for the County of Simcoe, attached as Schedule 2 to Item HCB 2022-175, be approved; and 3. That the actions undertaken in 2021 by SCHC Board of Directors, be ratified.
