That the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholder of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021; and That the County Clerk issue the required notice to the Auditor and Shareholder of the SCHC; and That Item HCB 2021-130, dated April 27, 2021, be presented to the Tuesday, May 11, 2021 Annual Meeting of the Shareholder for consideration of the following recommendations: 1. That the officials named in Schedule 1 to Item HCB 2021-130, be appointed as Directors of the SCHC; and 2. That Baker Tilly KDN LLP be appointed as auditors of SCHC; and 3. That the 2021 budget of SCHC as approved by Council for the County of Simcoe, attached as Schedule 2 to Item HCB 2021-130, be approved; and 4. That the actions undertaken in 2020 by SCHC Board of Directors, be ratified.
