That the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholder of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020; and Page 6 of 8 That the County Clerk issue the required notice to the Auditor and Shareholder of the SCHC; and That Item HCB 2020-147, dated May 26, 2020, be presented to the Tuesday June 9, 2020, Annual Meeting of the Shareholder for consideration of the following recommendations: 1. That the officials named in Schedule 1 to Item HCB Item HCB 2020-147, be appointed as Directors of the SCHC; and 2. That Baker Tilly KDN LLP, be appointed as auditors of SCHC; and 3. That the 2020 budget of SCHC as approved by Council for the County of Simcoe, attached as Schedule 2 to Item HCB 2020-147, be approved; and 4. That the actions undertaken in 2019 by SCHC Board of Directors, be ratified.
