That Item HCB 2019-187, dated May 28, 2019, regarding the Beeton Accessibility Update, be received; and That an in-year budget increase of $80,000 to the Simcoe County Housing Corporation budget for the installation of the service lift (dumbwaiter) at Beeton Seniors’ Apartment Building for a project total of $150,000, to be drawn from in-year operating/capital surplus or the Social Housing Reserve, be approved.
