That the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019; and That the required notice to the Auditor and Shareholders of the SCHC be issued; and That Item HCB 2019-135, dated April 9, 2019 be presented to the Tuesday April 23, 2019, Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders for consideration of the following recommendations: 1. That the officials named in Schedule 1 to Item HCB 2019-135, be appointed as Directors of the SCHC; and 2. That Collins Barrow Chartered Accountants, LLP, be appointed as auditors of SCHC; and 3. That the 2019 budget of SCHC as approved by Council for the County of Simcoe, attached as Schedule 2 to Item HCB 2019-135, be approved; and 4. That the actions undertaken in 2018 by SCHC Board of Directors, be ratified.
