That Item HCB 18-004, dated April 10, 2018, regarding the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) Community Development Project, be received; and That Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) staff be approved to commence operations, as outlined in Item HCB 18-004; and That the Warden and the Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary documents to proceed with the development of the SCHC Community Development Project, as generally outlined in Item HCB 18-004.
