That Item HCB 18-001, dated January 23, 2018 regarding Simcoe County Housing Corporation Development and Operational Plan, be received; and That the Simcoe County Housing Corporation Development and Operational Plan be approved and adopted by the Simcoe County Housing Corporation Board of Directors, as generally outlined in Item HCB-18-001; and That the Simcoe County Housing Corporation proceed with the gradual sale of scattered units in accordance with the Development and Operational Plan, with the proceeds of sales being transferred to the Social Housing Reserve as generally outlined in Item HCB 18-001; and That the Warden and Clerk along with designated Real Estate/Legal personnel be authorized to execute any and all documentation associated with the sale of units under the Development and Operational Plan.
