That the officials named in Schedule 1 to Item HCB 2024-174 be appointed as Directors of the SCHC; and 2. That Baker Tilly KDN LLP be appointed as auditors for SCHC; and 3. That the 2023 draft audited financial statements of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, be approved; and 4. That the actions undertaken in 2023 by SCHC Board of Directors, be ratified
