That the following Consent Agenda Items, having been given due consideration, be received for information:

That Item CCW 2022-282, dated October 11, 2022, regarding Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) pre-development funding opportunities, be received; and That staff engages CMHC to investigate and apply for funding opportunities that can be applied toward completing eligible pre-development activities related to the repair/retrofit of existing Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) buildings and/or the construction of new SCHC affordable housing supply, as generally outlined in Item CCW 2022-282.

That Item CCW 2022-284, dated October 11, 2022, regarding Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (OPHI) 2022/23 Rental Housing Investment – Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, be approved.

That Item CCW 2022-298, dated October 11, 2022, regarding Simcoe Village Campus Project Update, be received.

That Item CCW 2022-308 dated October 11, 2022, regarding the County of Simcoe Paramedic Services Response Time Performance, be received; and That staff establish the recommended 2023 Response Time Performance Targets as outlined in Item CCW 2022-308.

That Official Plan Amendment No. 64 to the Township of Springwater Official Plan, as adopted by the Township of Springwater By-law 2022-069, and as modified per Schedule 3 to Item CCW 2022-265 dated October 11, 2022, be approved; and That Notice of Decision of Official Plan Amendment No. 64 to the Township of Springwater Official Plan be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.

LaChapelle That Official Plan Amendment No. 47 to the Township of Tay Official Plan, as adopted by Township of Tay By-law 2022-49 per Schedule 2 to Item CCW 2022-272 dated October 11, 2022, be approved; and That Notice of Decision of Official Plan Amendment No. 47 to the Township of Tay Official Plan be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.

That Official Plan Amendment No. 31 to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Official Plan, as adopted by Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury By-law 2022-90, per Schedule 2 to Item CCW 2022-283 dated October 11, 2022, be approved; and That Notice of Decision of Official Plan Amendment No. 31 to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Official Plan be provided in accordance with the Planning Act.

That Item CCW 2022-266, dated October 11, 2022, regarding the results of the Carts and Waste Management survey, be received.

That subject deliberations in the affirmative, that item CCW 2022-251, dated October 11, 2022, regarding the 2022 Forecast report, be approved.

That the recommendations contained within the Audit and Finance Committee Report, dated September 28, 2022, be approved.

That direction in Camera contained within Confidential Item CCW 2022-278 dated October 11, 2022 regarding labour relations or employee negotiations, voted upon and approved in accordance with section 239(6)(b) of the Municipal Act.

That the Committee of the Whole rise and report and resume sitting as County Council at 10:56 a.m.

That the Performance Management recommendations contained within the Committee of the Whole Report, including the confidential item, dated October 11, 2022, be approved.

That the Human Services recommendations contained within the Committee of the Whole Report, dated October 11, 2022, be approved.
