That Item GOV 2025-270, dated October 14, 2025, regarding Procedure By-law Update, be received; and That the draft updated Procedure By-law, attached as Schedule 1 and, as generally outlined in Item GOV 2025-270, be approved; and That this resolution serve as public notice that a new Procedure By-law will be brought to a subsequent meeting of County Council for adoption and the existing Procedure By-law will be repealed; and That the necessary By-law be presented to County Council to adopt a new Procedure By-law and repeal By-law No. 6703, 6842 and 6867.
