That Item GOV 2023-232, dated September 28, 2023, regarding an Indigenous Representative on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, be received; and That the Terms of Reference for the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee be amended to add one additional non-municipal member that will represent Indigenous communities, and staff seek the appropriate candidate for appointment to serve the remainder of the 2022-2026 term, as generally outlined in Item GOV 2023-232; and That the Terms of Reference for the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee be amended to add one additional municipal representative of County Council representing the County at-large; and That should the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Terms of Reference be amended to allow for one additional municipal representative of County Council, Councillor Jack Contin, be appointed to the Committee for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term.
