That the agenda for the July 27, 2021, meeting of the Governance Committee, be approved.

That Item GOV 2021-175 dated July 27, 2021, regarding the Bursary Committee Terms of Reference, be received; and That the Bursary Committee Terms of Reference attached as Schedule 1 to Item GOV 2021-175, be approved.

That Item GOV 2021-245 dated July 27, 2021, regarding the Forest Appeal Committee Terms of Reference, be received; and That the Forest Appeal Committee Terms of Reference attached as Schedule 1 to Item GOV 2021-245, be approved.

That further to the MMAH letter dated June 25, 2021, that the Warden and Deputy Warden request a meeting with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing seeking greater clarity regarding the appointment of a non-elected head of council.

Cornell That the Governance Committee resolve into Closed Session at 1:56 p.m. under authority of the Municipal Act, Section 239 (2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

Cornell That the Governance Committee rise with report at 2:14 p.m.

That the verbal update in camera contained in Confidential Item 8.1, regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, be received.

That the July 27, 2021, meeting of the Governance Committee be adjourned at 2:17 p.m.
