That nominations for the position of Vice-Chair of the Economic Development Sub-Committee be closed.

That the agenda for the February 9, 2021, meeting of the Economic Development Sub-Committee, be approved.

That Item EDS 2021-029 dated February 9, 2020, regarding the County of Simcoe’s Economic Development Strategy Update, be received; and That the Economic Development Strategy 2021-2025, be implemented; and That staff provide a yearly update on the implementation status and performance measures of the Strategy through the annual Economic Development Workplan.

Cornell That Item EDS 2021-030 dated February 9, 2021, regarding the Economic Development and Tourism COVID-19 Recovery Plan, be received; and That the immediate implementation of the COVID-19 Recovery Plan as generally outlined in EDS 2021-030, be approved; and That staff report at the mid-year and year-end progress update on the COVID-19 Recovery Plan.

Cornell That Item EDS 2021-032, dated February 9, 2021, regarding the 2021 Economic Development Funding Program, be received.

Lynn Dollin That Item EDS 2021-035 dated February 9, 2021, regarding an update on workforce development initiatives being supported by the County of Simcoe Economic Development Office, be received.

That Item EDS 2021-045, dated February 9, 2021, regarding an update on manufacturing initiatives being supported by the County of Simcoe Economic Development Office, be received.

That the February 9, 2021, meeting of the Economic Development Sub-Committee be adjourned at 3:19 p.m.
