Economic Development Sub-Committee

That the agenda for the April 9, 2019, meeting of the Economic Development Sub-Committee be approved as circulated.

That Item EDS 2019-136, dated April 9, 2019, regarding the 2019 allocations to the Simcoe County Tourism Development Fund, be received; and That the allocations as generally outlined in Item EDS 2019-136, be approved.

That Item EDS 2019-137, dated April 9, 2019, regarding Tourism Simcoe County Partnership Grant Agreements and Contracts, be received; and That subject to any complementary amendments as may be required from time-to-time, that the necessary by-law be presented for the adoption of Partnership Grant Agreements and Contracts, substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item EDS 2019-137; and That the Director of Public Affairs or in his/her absence the County Clerk execute Partnership Grant Agreements and Contracts on behalf of Tourism Simcoe County.

That Item EDS 2019-138, dated April 9, 2019, regarding results from the 2019 Tourism Simcoe County Winter Campaign, be received.

That the April 9, 2019, meeting of the Economic Development Sub-Committee be adjourned at 1:53 p.m.
