That the agenda for the October 9, 2018, meeting of the Economic Development Sub-Committee be approved as circulated.

That Item EDS 2018-487, dated October 9, 2018, regarding the final report for projects approved in 2017 through the In-Market Support Special Project Fund, be received.

That Item EDS 2018-505, dated October 9, 2018, regarding the Economic Development Transitional Funding Program – Year 2 Progress Report from the Township of Severn, be received.

That Item EDS 2018-516, dated October 9, 2018, regarding potential financial and non-financial investment incentives, be received; and That staff undertake an in-depth review of potential financial and non-financial investment incentives and report back to the Economic Development Sub-Committee in 2019.

That Item EDS 2018-517, dated October 9, 2018, regarding an Update on Supports for the Agriculture Sector in the County of Simcoe, be received; and That staff provide a copy of EDS-2018-517 report to the Agricultural Liaison Committee and further that staff request a deputation at a future Simcoe County Federation of Agriculture meeting to present the findings from the report and to obtain their input and recommendations.
