In regards to municipal and resident experiences with respect to some conservation authority services, that the Honourable Jeff Yurek Minister of the Environment and Conservation, and the Honourable Steve Clark, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing be requested to respond by advising on the Province of Ontario's intent, scope and timeline of their review relating to the services delivered by the Conservation Authorities.

Ron Henderson That the resolution from the Township of Oro-Medonte dated November 27, 2019, regarding a Vacancy in the Office of County Councillor/Deputy Mayor, be received; and That, in accordance with section 262(2), the Corporation of the County of Simcoe hereby declares the Office of County of Simcoe Councillor/Deputy Mayor for the Township of Oro-Medonte, to be vacant, effective 14th day of January 2020; and That the weighted vote of 4 allocated to the Deputy Mayor for the Township of Oro-Medonte be reallocated to the Mayor of the Township of Oro-Medonte (total 9), until such time as the vacant seat is filled.
