That Confidential Item CCW 2019-160 dated April 23, 2019, regarding a Hearing of Necessity held March 6, 2019, under the Expropriations Act, and the resulting Report of the Inquiry Officer, be received; and That County Council, as the Approving Authority under the Expropriations Act, having considered the Inquiry Officer’s Report attached as Schedule 1 to Confidential Item CCW 2019-160, adopt the Decision and Reasons attached as Schedule 2 to Confidential Item CCW 2019-160; and That the proposed expropriation is approved, that no cost payment is ordered, and that staff is authorized to complete all necessary steps in the expropriation process as set out in Confidential Item CCW 2019-160 and the necessary by-law be presented approving the expropriation and authorizing the Clerk to execute any and all documentation necessary to complete the expropriation of the required lands; and That Schedule 2 to Confidential Item CCW 2019-160 be disclosed and made public.
