That Item AUC 2025-145, dated May 20, 2025, regarding the Member Municipality Lending Policy, be received; and That the POL-FIN-016 Member Municipality Lending Policy, attached as Schedule 1, be approved; and That the Member Municipality Lending Policy be amended to include a graduated premium beginning at .5% above the five-year rates set by Infrastructure Ontario for funds loaned by the County to the Member Municipalities, to be increased each year depending on the risk profile of each requested loan.
