That Item AUC 2022-030, dated January 26, 2022, regarding the 2023 budget document changes, be received; and That the changes as generally outlined in the subject Item be applied to the 2023 budget document; and That staff investigate alternatives to the current budget software.

That Item AUC 2022-032, dated January 26, 2022, regarding the Asset Management Reserve and Reserve Fund Policy, be received; and That the Asset Management Reserve and Reserve Fund Policy be approved.

That Item AUC 2022-033, dated January 26, 2022, regarding the Insurance Program, be received.

That Item AUC 2022-034, dated January 26, 2022, regarding Financial Policies, be received.

That Item AUC 2022-035, dated January 26, 2022, regarding Compliance/External Audit Results, be received.

That Item AUC 2022-036, dated January 26, 2022, regarding Financing Options, be received; and That the necessary financing documents be prepared with Infrastructure Ontario for the projects as outlined in Item AUC 2022-036.

That Item AUC 2022-044, January 26, 2022, regarding Municipal Asset Management Planning Regulation, be received.

That the January 26, 2022, meeting of the Audit and Finance Committee be adjourned at 11:51 a.m.
