That the agenda for the January 20, 2021, meeting of the Audit and Finance Committee, be approved.

That Item AUC 2021-026, dated January 20, 2021, regarding Compliance/External audit results, be received.

That Item AUC 2021-027, dated January 20, 2021, regarding Financial Policies, be received.

That Item AUC 2021-028, dated January 20, 2021, regarding the County of Simcoe’s Insurance Program, be received.

That Item AUC 2021-031, dated January 20, 2021, Tourism Simcoe County Reserve, be received; and That the necessary by-law be presented to County Council to establish a Tourism Simcoe County Reserve as outlined, and substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item AUC 2021-031 and that By-law No. 4556 be repealed.

That Item AUC 2021-036, dated January 20, 2021, Lake Simcoe Regional Airport Reserve, be received; and That the necessary by-law be presented to County Council to establish a Lake Simcoe Regional Airport Reserve as outlined, and substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item AUC 2021-036.

That Item AUC 2021-037, dated January 20, 2021, regarding Lake Simcoe Regional Airport Tangible Capital Asset Policy, be approved.

That Item AUC 2021-039, dated January 20, 2021, regarding Municipal Asset Management Planning Regulation, be received.

That Item AUC 2021-040, dated January 20, 2021, regarding the proposed 2022 Budget Document format and presentation, be received; and That the 2022 Budget document be prepared and presented in the same format as the 2021 Budget document with only some minor amendments as outlined in AUC 2021-040.

That Item AUC 2021-041, dated January 20, 2021, regarding Municipal Roads Infrastructure Financing, be received; and That the necessary documents or by-laws be prepared for the issuance of a debenture with Infrastructure Ontario for the financing of Municipal Roads Infrastructure as outlined in Item AUC 2021-041.

That Item AUC 2021-043, dated January 20, 2021, regarding Capital Financing and Debt Policy Update, be received.

That the January 20, 2021, meeting of the Audit and Finance Committee be adjourned at 11:56 a.m.
