Audit and Finance Committee

McKay That the agenda for the May 30, 2018 meeting of the Audit and Finance Committee, be approved as circulated.

That Item AUC 18-004, dated May 30, 2018 regarding the 2017 audit committee reporting letter, be received; and That the reporting letter be acknowledged by the Audit and Finance Committee.

That Item AUC 18-005, dated May 30, 2018 regarding the 2017 draft audited financial statements for the County of Simcoe, fiscal year 2017, be approved.

McKay That Item AUC 18-006, dated May 30, 2018 regarding the 2017 audit management comments, be received.

That Item AUC 18-007, dated May 30, 2017 regarding the 2017 Investment Report, be received.

That pursuant to the Development Charges Act, 1997 and Ontario Regulation 82/98, the 2017 financial statements contained within Item AUC 18-008, in respect of the Reserve Funds created under the Act, be submitted to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

McKay That Item AUC 2018-009, dated May 30, 2018 regarding Procurement By-law Revisions, be received; and That the revisions as outlined in the Procurement Policy, substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item AUC 2018-009, be approved; and That By-law No. 6321, be repealed.

That the May 30, 2018 meeting of the Audit and Finance Committee be adjourned at 12:42 p.m.
