That the agenda for the December 7, 2017 meeting of the Agricultural Liaison Committee be approved as circulated.

Marshall That the memorandum regarding Natural Heritage Policies and Mapping be received for information; and That the County and the lower tier municipalities monitor provincial policies and mapping and recommend refinements as necessary.

Elliott That further to the motion contained within the May 2, 2017 Report of the Agricultural Liaison Committee, that County Council revisit the farm tax rates for the 2018 taxation year.

That Consent Agenda Item 6.4 (Simcoe County Federation of Agriculture Funding) and Item 6.5 (Local Food Promotion - Agri-Culinary Map), be received.

Elliott That Item ALC 17-004, dated December 7, 2017 regarding the Food Hub Management Certificate Course, be received.

That Item ALC 17-005, dated December 7, 2017 regarding the proposed 2018 meeting dates for the Agricultural Liaison Committee, be approved.

That Item ALC 17-006, dated December 7, 2017 regarding a 2018 Workplan for the Agricultural Liaison Committee, be received.

Elliott That Item ALC 17-007, dated December 7, 2017 regarding annual review of the Agricultural Liaison Committee’s Mandate, be received; and That no changes be made to the mandate at this time.

That Item ALC 17-008, dated December 7, 2017 regarding the Economic Development and Tourism Update 2017, be received.

That the December 7, 2017 meeting of the Agricultural Liaison Committee be adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
