That Item AHA 2026-150, dated June 2, 2026, regarding the County of Simcoe’s Housing Faster Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) Template Project, be received; and That the County of Simcoe Affordable Housing Advisory Committee endorse the final project deliverables, including Community Planning Permit By-law Template, Community Planning Permit System Official Plan Amendment Template, and Implementation Guide as identified in the Schedules attached to Item AHA 2026-150; and That County staff distribute the Housing Faster Community Planning Permit System project deliverables to area local municipalities for consideration of further implementation.
