Marshall That the agenda for the April 20, 2018 meeting of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee be approved as circulated.

That Item AHA 18-006, dated April 20, 2018, regarding an update on the Affordable Rental Housing Development Projects, be received.

That Item AHA 18-007, dated April 20, 2018, regarding a 2018 Homeless Enumeration in Simcoe County, be received.

That Item AHA 18-009, dated April 20, 2018, regarding upcoming training initiatives for homeless service providers, be received.

That Item AHA 18-010, dated April 20, 2018, regarding Secondary Suites Affordability and Marketing, be received; and That a 30% discount of units achieved be used and reviewed in 2019, to support tracking affordable housing targets for secondary suites created and funded outside of government programs during Phase 2 of the Implementation Plan for Our Community 10-Year Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention Strategy; and That further marketing of secondary suites be included in the draft 2019 County of Simcoe budget, as outlined in Item AHA 18-010.

That staff prepare a report on the feasibility of establishing supports for landlords, in relation to housing homeless populations in the Housing First Program, including information on creating a repair bank.

That the April 20, 2018 meeting of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee be adjourned at 10:31 a.m.
