That the policy changes for delivery of the Ontario Renovates component of the Investment in Affordable Housing for Ontario (2014 Extension) Program, as outlined in Item AHA 17-029, dated November 17, 2017, be approved.

That Item AHA 17-030, dated November 17, 2017, regarding Our Community 10-Year Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention Strategy Targets Update, be received; and That staff carry out further analysis regarding affordability of secondary suites created without government assistance; and That staff consider options associated with target achievement in Phase 2 and include those options in the Phase 2 implementation plan.
