That the agenda for the February 2, 2022, special meeting of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, be approved.

That Item AAC 2022-056, dated February 2, 2022, regarding the carts accessibility accommodation process, be received; and That, subject to appropriate amendments in support of service delivery, the proposed accommodations and application process, as generally described within AAC 2022-056, be endorsed; and That County Council be requested to study and report on the issue where a Regulated Healthcare Provider requires a fee to complete an accommodation application.
