Accessibility Advisory Committee

That the agenda for the January 20, 2022, meeting of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee be approved.

That Item AAC 2022-045, dated January 20, 2022, regarding the Simcoe Village Project Plan Review, be received; and That pursuant to its Terms of Reference, the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee review and comment on the barrier-free aspects of the plans for the Simcoe Village Project in Beeton, Ontario as outlined in Item AAC 2022-045.

That Item AAC 2022-038, dated January 20, 2022, regarding the 2021 Accessibility Annual Status Report, be received, as amended; and That subject to any modifications proposed by the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, the 2021 Accessibility Annual Status Report, attached as Schedule 1 to Item AAC 2022-038, be approved; and That committee members provide additional thoughts on the development of a post 2023 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan.

That Report CS2022-01 Summary of Accessibility Facility Virtual Review for the Township of Oro-Medonte Administration Centre be received.

That Report No. CS2022-02, presented by Yvonne Aubichon, Clerk be received and adopted; and That the Annual Accessibility Report be added to the Township website in accordance with Provincial Legislation.

That the January 20, 2022, meeting of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee be adjourned at 11:38 a.m.
