Heyduk That the draft Multi-Year Accessibility Plan for the Township of Oro-Medonte, be received and reviewed by the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee; and That the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee endorses the draft Multi-Year Accessibility Plan with the addition of reference to the Ontario Human Rights Code, accessibility training for staff and accessible procurement.

O'Leary That the correspondence from the Huronia Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic regarding the sidewalk, be received and reviewed; and That the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee recommends that the Director of Operations and Community Services at the Township of Oro-Medonte ensures that the current ramp and sidewalk located at 3331 Line 4 N meets the Ontario Guidelines for Barrier Free Design of the running slope and cross slope.
