Heyduk That the agenda for the October 4, 2018 meeting of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee be approved as circulated.

Grummett That the resolution from the Town of New Tecumseth regarding the request to amend the Integrated Accessibility Standards Reg. 191/11, be endorsed and that a letter be sent to all Simcoe County MPPs.

That Item AAC 2018-424, dated October 4, 2018, regarding Automatic Door Openers, be received; and That a portion of funds from the 2018 County of Simcoe Accessibility Improvements Budget for the purchase and installation of two (2) Accessible Automatic Door openers at two (2) Adult Day Program public washrooms within Georgian Village, as generally outlined in Item AAC 2018-424, be approved.

That Item AAC 2018-479, dated October 4, 2018, regarding the accessibility facility review of a seniors' affordable housing complex at 33 Brooks Street, be received.

That Item AAC 2018-465, dated October 4, 2018 regarding the County of Simcoe’s Accessibility Program activities for the period of April to September 2018, be received.

Heyduk That Item AAC 2018-466, dated October 4, 2018, regarding Bill C-81 the Proposed Accessible Canada Act, be received.

That Item AAC 2018-467, dated October 4, 2018 regarding a legislative update on the review of the Transportation Standards, be received.

Heyduk That Item AAC 2018-463, dated October 4, 2018 regarding the 2018 Accessibility Annual Status Report, be received; and That the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, that the 2018 Accessibility Annual Status Report, attached as Schedule 1 to Item AAC 2018-463, be approved.

That Item AAC 2018-464, dated October 4, 2018 regarding a 2019 Work Plan and meeting dates for the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, be received; and That the 2019 Work Plan, attached as Schedule 1 to Item AAC 2018-464, be approved, as amended with the addition of the review of the LINX buses, and that the work plan be reviewed at the first meeting of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee in 2019.

Heyduk That the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee approve the revised Site Plan for the County of Simcoe Paramedic Services & Adult Day Use Centre (191 Queen St., Elmvale) dated June 2017 and revised October 3, 2018, as presented.

Grummett That the report from the Deputy Clerk regarding the Springwater Room Facility Review dated October 4, 2018, be received for information.
