That the nominations for the position of Vice-Chair of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee be closed.

Heyduk That the agenda for the January 18, 2018 meeting of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee be approved as circulated.

Hamer That Item AAC 18-004, dated January 18, 2018 regarding Barrie Simcoe Emergency Services Campus Design Overview, be received.

That Item AAC 18-001, dated January 18, 2018 regarding the new construction at Collingwood and Wasaga Beach Simcoe County Housing Corporation properties, be received.

That Item AAC 18-003, dated January 18, 2018, regarding Automatic Door Openers Procurement for Georgian Village, be received; and That a portion of funds from the 2018 County of Simcoe Accessibility Improvements Budget be allocated towards the purchase and installation of three (3) Accessible Automatic Door openers at three (3) public washrooms within Georgian Village, as generally outlined in Item AAC 18-003.

That Item AAC 18-002, dated January 18, 2018 regarding the County of Simcoe and Township of Springwater's Accessibility Program activities for the period of October to December 2017, be received.

That the January 18, 2018 meeting of the Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee be adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
